Fourteen officers, one a doctor, have been arrested at Odessa for eonduciting secret meetings for soldiers in connection with th* military terrorist organisation, aiming at the extermination iof all authorities. Extensive corre- ! epondence "with other revolutionary bodies was seized , . GENEVA, September 4. M. Durnovo stayed at Interlaken until the end of last week. Hie portrait on the front page of a newspaper was found in the poesuisio.ni of the murderess. Tho latter regrets her mistake, but remarks that in the midst of Russia's troubles one man more or kes did not matter.
