The Union Steam Ship Company announces the following alterations in the time-tablo:— . — __. .. The Mararoa on arrival at Lyttelton on Saturday, August Kth, will come on to Port Chalmers for overhaul, and resumes running in the ferry service from Lyttelton on Ihunday. September 6th T-rM _. M „- m The Rotomahana, arriving at Lyttelton ot Friday, August _4it-i, will remain there till
Saturday, 25th, leaving that day for Wellington in tho Mararoa'a . run. Tho Warrinico, arriving from Lyttelton on Friday, August 2ttb, will await the arrival of the fits'- express train from the south. The Rotomahana, arriving at Lyttelton on Thuraday. September 6th, will remain thero till Friday, 7th, and so revert to heir present days of sailing. The Patoena on arrival at Wellington, iriday, August 24th, from will withdraw from her present run, and leave there for Lyttelton on Saturday, 25th, in place of tho Rotomahana. On arrival at Lyttelton on Friday, September 7th, she will withdraw from tho ferry service, being relieved by the Rotomahana as above, and come to Port Chalmers for overhaul,
The Penguin will relievo the Pateeaa in the Wellington-Nelson service, leaving Wellington, on Friday, August 24th. The Corinoa, arriving of Dunedin on the 16th inst., will withdraw £01 overhaul, and resumes her running, sailing from Duncdin ou September 3rd. Hor trip from Dunediu on Monday, 20th inst., to New \ Plymouth and back, will bo abandoned, but the Poherua. sailing from Duncdin on the 16Ui inst., will call at New Plymouth, en route from Wellington to Wostport, and th« Koonya, sailing hence on the 23rd met, will call, at Nelson after Picton, thus providing direct connection with these ports.
