(BT OVH COMJIKRCIAL EDITOK.) There were, fairly largo entries of fat shtv?p, cattle and pigs, and moderate entries of other classes of stock. There was a good attendance. Store sheep showed an improvement in demand and prices, end fat lambs wero hardly so brisk of sale as tho week before. Fat sheep again sold well, and there was a rise in tho prices of owes. There was a hotter demand for beef, and prices all round were better. Fat pigs sold very well, nnd best dairy cows were in fairly good demand. Thoro was practically no sale for store cattle. STORE SHEEP.

Tho yarding of store sheep was mado up principally of hoggets and ewes, the latter being mostly aged sorts. There was a keen demand for all classes, hoggets selling briskly at advanced prices. The principal r.alos were:— 201 two-tooth halfbred wethers, from Motonau, at 20s; 70 two-tooth ewes at 22s 2d, 48 at 19s 4d. 36t four, six, and eight-tooth at 18a od, 95 sound-mouth at 15s sd, smaller lots of aged ewes at 103 3d to 13s 9d, 75 hocgots at los 6d, 08 at 14s Bd, 238 at 1-is 7d, 157 nt 14s 4d, 43 nt 13s lOd. 130 at 13s 6d. 230 at 13s 7d, 130 at 13s, and 185 at 12s.
