SANATORIUM SATURDAY.
THE COMPLETED ARRANGEMENTS. The arrangemente for Sanatorium Saturday to-day axe now complete. The ladies will take up positions as follows:—Cook and Ross's corner,. Mrs J. Struthere Williams; Broadway's corner, Mrs F. Pratt; Cathedral, Mrs Richard Anderson; Bank of New Zealand corner, Mrs Way; Royal Cafe, Mre Mojt- ,- teu; Tattersalle, Mre Finch; Bank of Australasia, Mrs T. Maude; High street, Mrs Morton Anderson. Amongst other helpers will he Mrs Huist Seager, Mre Dr. Jennings, Mrs Chapman (Sumncx), Mib. Crosby, twelve Hospital nurses, several private nursing home- (two nutseo each.) Hie ladies will commence their work at 10 a.m., and will remain on duty till 5 p.m. From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. six members of the Fire Brigade will take up tflie work. The various collectors and those who are willing to assist will meet tliis morning at the City Council Chambers at 9.30 a.m., and the orueade will be be£Uin at 10 a.m. Just btitiore the commencement of the ceremony of the unveiling of the Ilollcston statue a detachment of collectors will take up positions in Worcester and Montreal streets, and en- < -Mvjur to mvoI: the tvoeints there. The secretary (Mr Alfred Evans) will make? a tour of the boxes during tihe day. The ladies will wear badges, aoid table- will be provided at the various points. It has been decided to abandon the idea of giving a badge to those who have contributed, ac too much, time would be lost. The Bank of New Zealand have arranged to have an offioial on duty to receive the cash, and have ale.) placed their telephone at the disposal of the committee.
