It Oβ semi-officrally announced at St. Petersburg that the granting of full amneety is impossible while the terirordete and bomb-throwers continue their crimes. It is peredetently reported in St. Petersburg that the Imperial family, ' fearing expropriation, bare sold vast areas of Crown forests to German bankers for £10,000,000 sterling. Many Landowners are trying to sell their properties, and private capital is being largely transferred to foreign banks.
