DUNEDIN, May 21. At tho Supreme Coui't, Stephen Maxwell as found guilty of indecent assault near Balclutha, eentenoc being deferred. In tlie case of Patrick Scaniun, charged with indecent assault near Milton, tho jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
