PIETERMARITZBURG, May 17. Tlie tribes between Mapulo and Helpmaaker are being "doctored" for war, and some have started to join the rebels in Zululand.
The Smythe Ministry will remain in office, arrangements having been made to re-introduce the Unoccupied Land Tax Bill, subject to slight modifications.
