HORSE SALES. At Tattersall's en Saturday there was an entry of 95 horses, when there was a. fair s-ale, medium draughts making £29 10s to £33. saddle and liarnws horses £9 to £18 5-s, and hacks £5 to £10. POULTRY AND PIGS. At Saturday's market-s there were large entries of poultry, which met with i\ bri.sk "demand at advanced rates. Heiii- brought 2is Gd to 3s 4d, pullets 4s to 7s Gd. roosters 3s to 5s 3d, and extra to 7s, ducklings 4s to ss, ducks 3s 6d to 5.s 4d. goslings Gs to 7a 9d, turkey gobblers. 20* to 23s 6d, and turkey liens 17s Gd, all at per jsair. Mr J. H. •Shaw's pen of Brown I/eghorn--*, which gained second prize in the egg-laying-competition at Lincoln College, were p;iss*.Hl in at £43. Cockerels bred by Mr Henry wero sold at 23s to 206 each, aiy.l other purebred cockerels 5s to 20s per j>air. There wa.s a fair entry of pigs at Saturday's markets, and a dull demand, (ftores selling at 8* to 17s, and suckers and Aveanens 3s 3d to 76 Gd.
