SYDNEY, April 22. The Lord Mayor has received a cable from the Aoting-Mayor of San Francdsoo to the following effect:—'"The most urgent need is for food. Vancouver is the nearest source. If contributing, wiro contribution to the Vancouver Relief Committee, which will arrange expenditure in food supplies and transportation to San Francisco."
