PRESIDENT ROOSEVELTS SENSATIONAL CRITICISM.

A sensation has been caused by President Roosevelt's Tr.es_.go to Congress declaring the result of tho beef-packers' trial at Chicago to be a miscarriage of justice-. The President declares that __ can hardly believe that the other Judges follow Judge Humphreys's ruling, which is measurably near making the law a farce, and urges Congress to pass an Act stating the real intentions of the Legislature.
