HIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE.
(press association telegram.) WELLINGTON, April 19. The Department of Industries and Commerce lias reoeived the following cable from the High Commissioner, dated London 18th April:—Shipments from the River Plate durim*; tho month of March, 1906, were—Mutton for London 85,062 carcases, Liverpool 90,492, Hull 9354, Newcastle 6600. Southampton 1510, Plymouth 1505, total 194,323 carcases. Lamb—London 10.514, Liverpool 6743, Hull 1000, Newcastle 1000", Southampton -j3Ol, total 19,558 carcases. Butter-? Liverpool and Southampton 9570 owte.
