The Tramway Board met yesterday afternoon, when there were present — Messrs \V. lteece (chairuian), Geo. G. C. M. Gray, M.H.R., F. Waymouth, A. W. Beaven, J. J. Uougail, G. Scott, H. Pcarce, and C. H. W'inny.
