(rntss association trleqkah.) DUNEDIN, April 18. Fat cattle—l 94 were yarded. Cows and : inferior heifers and steere represented ono-third of the entry, which proved beyond requirements. Best bullocks realised £9 10s, good £7 10s to £8 15s. Fat sheep—l76o were penned, principally mediiiMn quality ewes, with a pen or , two of extra prime wethers. Oomipertir tion was fair, and prices were about the same as last week. Best wethers biouglit 19s 6d to 2Ls 6d, extra to 25s j 6d, good wethers 17s 6d to 18s 6d, | others to 16s 6d, best ewes 12b bo 15s, extra to 18s. Fat lambs—sso were psnned. The market was about the same as last week. Best realised 15s to 17s, extra to 18s, others 10s to 14s. Pigs—ls7 were penned. Prices tor porkers and baconers wore higher than those obtained of late, and suckers and I slips also said well, unitil towards tbe end of the sale, when tho market became easier. Suckers brought 5s to 8«, slips 10s to 15s, stores 17s to 245, porkeis 30s to 3Gs, light baoonars 38s to 44<s, heavy 46s to s_s, choppers up to 695.
