ITALY'S "WEATHERCOCK POLICY."
(Received April 18th. 11.42 p.m.) BERLIN, April 18. The '"Berlin Post," commenting on Italy's weathercock policy at Algociras, states if Italy prefers to be a satellite of France and England to being a, member of the Triple Alliance she muet buy her experience. Other papers declare that after her ■attitude at Algeciras it is impossible to doubt Italy's disloyalty.
