OUTBREAK OF TYPHOID. SYDNEY, March 14. There is a serious outbeak of typhoid fever at Cobar. Sixty-sove.n cases have already occurred. The Board of Health attributes the epidemic to the neglect of the local authorities to carry out the sanitary arrangements laid down by th© Board during the outbreak in 1903. THE A.M.P.
