POLICE COURT.
Mr H. W. Bishop, presided at tlie Police Court on Saturdoy morning. IfROHIBITION BREACH. Patrick McGinn was fined 20s and costs for having procured liquor whilst a prohibition order was current against him; on a charge of having been found drunk he was convicted and discharged. IDLE AND DISORDERLY. An old woman named Clara Hall woe sentenced to. thrco months' imprisonment for being idlo ai7d disorderly and having insufficient lawful visible means of support j the warrant was suspended on condition that sho stayed in the Salvation Army Homo for that period. VAGRANCY. Wm, Henry Williamson was charged with being a roguo and a vagabond, and with being found by night without lawful excuse on the premises of A- Rattray. The fiub-Insppctor said accused was a man of weak intellect. Accused was remanded for medical examination.
