ROBBERS' DESPERATE FIGHT

REVOLUTIONISTS' SMUGGLING ARMY.

Four youths concerned in the Hclsingfors robbery fled to tho woods, and were arrested after a long conflict with trie police. One of tho policemen was killed. The pockets of the robbers were full of gold, and they carried a bag full of coin and bank notes. Revolutionaries are daily smuggling large quantities of arms into Finland and Russia, via Sweden. A REACTIONARY ORDINANCE. (Received March 2nd. 10.15 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 2. The Czar has sanctioned an ordinanoa forbidding troops to fire in the air or use blank cartridges in suppressing disturbances.
