The '•'National Zeitun-g" Gays that owing to Sir Henry Campbell-Ban Herman's South African policy, the desire for self-government in the Transvaal has become a passion. It is felt to be preferable that the Boers should have a say in the management of affairs than that the colony should go on under the conditions.
