(PKKSS ASSOCIATION TKLXGBAK.) BLENHEIM, December 18. A man named Earl Dee man, teamen on the schooner Ronga, at Havelock, wae arrested there last evening on a charge of stabbing Felix Ootman, a shipmate, on Saturday night, with a pocket knifo, the result of a quarrel. The wound is in the left breast, and Osteon's condition is serious.
