SOUTH AFRICAN EDUCATION QUESTION.
CAPETOWN, December IC. Anticipating concessions by Sir. H. Campbeil-Bannerman, the Het Yolk rejected the Earl of Selborne'e education proposals, and decided to continuo opposition to the schools. It proposes to send a deputation to London regarding self-government in education, and expresses disappointment at the appointments in the Colonial Office.
