AMICABLY SETTLED. SYDNEY, December 15. The return of a trading steamer from the* Marshall Islands ehovns a complete change of attitude on the part of both the "authorities and the German Company. Not only are the prohibitive regulations rescinded, but there is an evident desire on all sides to disclaim further hostile intentions.
