(Received December let, 10.51 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, December 1. Tho Postal employees throughout Russia have struck. The naval battalions at St. Petersburg have been disarmed, owing to disaffection. The artillerymen at the fortress of St. Peter and Paul demanded the immediate releaio of tho recently arrested men belonging to tho military school. The commander of the fortress complied with the demand.
