There was a good attendance at tho Rangiora sales on Tuesday. In the stock yards the entry was 700 sheep, 300 cattle, and 100 pigs. Cattle— Beef equal to 22s to 24s per lOOlbs, fat steers £7 10s to £8, cows £5 10k to £6 12s 6d, heifers £5 5s to £5 12s Gd, forward three-year-old steers £5 to £6 4s, store "heifera £2 10s 6d to £4 10s, eighteen months okl steers £3 to £3 10s, yearlings 30s. to 455, calves 15s to 25sp potters 20s to 40s, springers £0 to £7 10s. Pigs —Baconers 40s to 47s 6d, porkers'2ss to 355, forward stores 16s to 20s, weaners 8s to 12s, suckers 4s to 6s. In tho produce yards, crossbred sheepskins made 4s 6d, 7s 6d and 10s 2d, merino skins 2s 9d, 5s 6d and 8s Cd, calfskins 2s 6d, hides 3|d a. lb, fat lid, wool, halfbred lid, merino IOJd, locks and pieces 6Jd- Poultry—Roosters 5s a couple, hens 3s Gd, pallets 3s, chick wheat 2s 9d a bushol, oats 3a, barley 2s Bd, grass seed 3s 6d, pig meal 8s a sack, potatoes 21s 6d.
