(Received November I6th. p:m.) MELBOURNE, November 16. The' hide market is firm, and competition animated. Good conditioned advanced one-eighth of a penny. Tallow market has advanced from 5s to 10s a ton.
SYDNEY WOOL SALES. ,(Received November 17th, 1.7 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 16. At the closing sale of the week' prices for wool wore, hardly _o firm, though for attractive lots the bidding was animated at steady rates. Medium and faultica were neglected.
