Princess of Wales at the Town Hall. The ceremony was one of greivt brilliancy, and included many Parsee, Hindu, and Mahomedan rites intended to ensure tho bestowal of blessings on the Princess. Ope lady cast a shower of pearls over the Princess, who was greatly pleased with the ceremony. A BISHOP ON CHRISTIAN SCIENCE. (Received November 13th, 11.27 p.m.) LONDON*, November 13. Bishop .Ingram, addressing a gathering at th(e Church House. London, declared that whilo faith-healing contained a distinct element of truth, some aspects of Christian scienoe doctrine involved a gigantio heresy. THE FRENCH MINISTRY. (Received November 14th, 0.10 a.m.) PARIS, Novembor 13. After considerable difficulty M. Rouvier has re-oonstructed his Ministry, appointing M. Etienne Minister for War, M. Dubief Minister of the Interior, and M. Trouillot Minister of Commeroe. The two latter are prominent Radicals.
