When the House resumed at 7.30 p.m. the debate on the Premier's land proposals was continued by Sir J. G. Ward, tho other speakers being Mr W. Ffaser, Mr Flaitman/ Mr Millar, Mr Hawkins, Mr MoGowam, Mr Lang, Mr Buddo, Mr Reid, arid Mr Vilo, the debate being adjourned on tho motion of Mr Sidey. ; The House rose at 1.15 a.m.
