The following local Bills tvero read a Gcoond time: — Petone Corporation Waterworks Bill, Wellington Hospital Contributors and Society for tho Relief of tho Aged ond Needy Exchange Bill, Dannevirke Education Reserve Transfer Bill, Wallace Hospital Bill, Gisborno Harbour Bill. Tho Council rose at 3.25 p.m.
