CURIOUS SEQUEL TO A BOMB EXPLOSION. TWO ENGLISHMEN CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY. LONDON, May 24. The Treasury authorities charged Arthur McCullough, actor, and Harold Brnilsford, author and journalist, at Bow street with conspiracy to obtain a passport by means of false pretences.
