United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, May 23. ' Great Britain, France, and Italy aro negotiating for a treaty in respect to the neutrality and integrity of Abyssinia. It is reported it also deals with th© railway question. "Tho Times'" Paris correspondent says, notwithstanding contrary reports, there is no intention of submitting th© treaty to Germany, who has no interests involved.
