MR BALFOUR AND THE OPPOSITION. (Received May 24th, 9.36 0.m.) LONDON, May 24. In the House of Commons, Mr Balfour, replying to Sir H. Camphell-Ban-nerman, said the Government had no objection to grant facilities for a vote of censure on tho Colonial Conference question, provided the debate was taken under ordinary conditions and decently, and fair play was given.
