The Hon. C. H. Mille addressed a crowded meeting of his constituent* at Blenheim last evening, and at the close of his remarks wi»3' accorded a hearty . vote of thanks and confidence. Mr Mills intimated his intention of etandme for ro-oloction at tho ensuing general election. We are compelled to hold over the report of his address until to-morrow.
