At the enquiry into the wreck of the Orizaba, the Court found that' the captain committed an error of judgment in attempting to take the vessel over a five fathom bank instead of anchoring and obtaining assistance; censuring him, and ordered him to pay half the costs of tbe inquiry, but returned his certificate. ,
