Shearer, 16s 10d. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. . Samuel Jrwin applied for a judgment summons order against Edward Hope, in respect of a judgment for £2 10s. Mr Kippenberger appeared for the debtor. The debtor stated that lie had been unable to pay the claim in consequence of inability to collect his , accounts. He took from £5 to £6 a week, and his weekly expenses were close on £4. Joseph McClelland (Mr Brown) claimed from E. Edmonds (Mr Hunt) £7 for the services of a stallion. .: Mr Hunt stated that the mares had been served under a guarantee, but had not proved in foal. They hod been sold by their original owner to a neighbour, but they did not foal. Judgment was gives for the defendant.
