Tho Trustees of the Christchurch Racecourse, incorporated under the Christchurch Racecourse Bcservo -Act, IS7B, hereby Resolve that the part of the Raccejtirs-e Reserve vested in the Board described in the Schedule hereto, with all grand stands and other building?, peddocks, and other conveniences attached thereto, be made available for the Canterbury Jockey Club, Registered, for the purpc«o of holding ft Race Meeting on tho-sth, 7th, 9th, and 12th days of- November, 1901, and any day or days to which the saiß Racing Meeting may be necessarily postponed, upon tho following terms and- conditions:— 1. That the Canterbury Jockey Club, Registered, shall keep tho buildings and racecourse in good order during those days, and shall 'maintain order on the Racecourse. 2. That the Stewards of the Canterbury Jockey Club, Tfegistered, shall themselves comply with and require all persons attending the Racing Meeting to comply with the rules and regulations made by the Board. THE SCHEDULE. All that piece or parcel of land portion of the said Allotment or Section of Rural Land Numbered 70, containing by measurement one hundred and seventy-eight acres, orr thereabouts, commencing at a point on the road forming the south-eastern boundary of tbo said Reserve, distant from the easternmost corner about one thousand six hundred and fifty links, and running thence northwesterly along a fence a distance of about -•even thousand four hundred and three links to a point on the north-western boundary, distant from the northernmost oorner of the said Reserve aibout one thousand four hundred links: thence touth-wosterly along the said boundary o distance of three hundred and thirty-six links: thence Bouth-easterly along a fence a distance of three thousand five hundred and eighty-six links to a point on the south-western boundary two thousand four hundred and fifty-three links from the westernmost corner and returning thence along tho south-western and scuth-eastern boundaries to ' the starting-point.
