Bulawayo was scratched for the New. Zealand Cup at 9.00 a.m. yesterday. Trumpery was scratched for all engagements at the C.J.C. Meeting yesterday morning. The well-known trotting mare. Annie Rooney, which was owned by Mr J. S. Norris, of Lyttelton, died while foaling on Saturday afternoon.
