Oesian was backed by the owner for jESOOO to *200, Dcmas for £2000 at 11 to 2, BaUark lor £3000 ai 100 to 3. The cloying quotations were:—Gladsome 4 to 1 Deinns 11 to 2,.Murmur 10 to 1, Acrasia 100 to 8. Tartan 100 to 7, Emir 100 to S, Oman 100 to 4£, BaL'srk 100 to 3, others from 100 to 14 to 100 to 1. "Sporting Judge" anticipates Demas or Gladsome as tbo winner. The official forecast is that the weather will be fine.
