The Borough Council ha* decided to submit to the favpayers proposals to borrow £75,CQD to provide 'ft water supply from the Tearai. at the rate of 1000 gallon* per minute, at a pressure of not F«e than sixty pounds to the «juarc inch. The question of the selection of one of the two pipe lines before the Council w to tx- left to the engineer to be subsequently appointed.
