A SCHOOLMASTER'S SUSPENSION.

AUCKLAND, September 14. The latest derelopment in the O'Donoghue case is the application by the: Mount Roskill School Committee for an injunction restraining O'Donoghuo from interfering with the work of the school a* headmaster until -the suspension by the Commit-" tee ehall have been removed legaJly.- This is in consequence of an intimation by the head-master, who was reinstated by the Board before the oecond $uepension, that he intends to ignore the' euspeneion. The application -vra» ■ being heard in banco this morning, bufc adjourned on account of his absence.. The Board of Education, engaged counsel to argue against the injunction.
