FINES AT WANGANUI.
»■ • (press association* telegram.) WANGANUI, April 26. At the Police Court this morning several persons, including a clergy man, were fined for trespassing and ehooting deer on lands up the Wanganui river without a license. A man named Jonee was fined £5 for procuring liquor for a prohibited woman with whom he had been living as husband.
