The Committee rvprirtcd that the work of the school i during the pa-t year had been carried "out in a very sathfactorv manner, while the report «>f th-- InspcJtor (Mr T. Ritchie) referred to the line quality of the work presented at the annual examination. A motion in favour of the establishment of a superannuation fund for school teochera Vm carried unanimously. The balancesheet showed a credit balance of £12 13s 7d. The following Committee were elected:—Mrs J. Stenson, Rev. E. Eliot Chambers, Me«*srs J. R. Webb (chairman), ,J. Page, B. Whitham, E. M. Cole, and Kempthorne.
