The Arbitration Court gave its decision regarding the allegation of intimidation brought against tlie Tramway Company by a- Union conductor named Williams, who was" suspended after giving evidence. •The Court decided that no contempt of Court had been committed, the evidence disclosing that Williams was suspended, • not because he gave evidence, but because Ihe had stated that he had gone.ineide the car to avoid the dust, a breach of the Company's regulations.
