LONDON, April 21. It is eemi-officwlly announced in St. Petersburg that the Pobieda wu not struck by a mine explosion, but wu .rammed in the confusion that followed the destAictioa of the Petropavlovek. The same catastrophe also resulted-in the Pallada being finally disabled.
