Tlie Zealandia, from Sydney, via Auckland, arrived at 7.10 aan. oa Saturday, and left for Dunedin at C.30 p.m. The Rotomahana arrived from Wellington at 7.40 e-m. on Saturday, and left for Wellington at 9.25 p.m. tSome changes are announced in the liland trado of the Union Company. 'The Taviuni will leave Fiji on December 10th, and on her arrival in New Zealand waters sho will be laid up for an overhaul, and ber place will be taken by the Moura. The Botokuio, which was to leave Auckland on December Ist. will not leave until the dth.
Up till the present the Union Company have, only bad two fixed tailings each year between Calcutta and New Zealand ports. These sailings have hitherto taken place at the Calcutta end in July and November of each year, but it ha* now been decided to inaugurate, a continuous service, and in future thero will be an additional asHing In March. This mean* that the Aparima, on her arrival in New Zealand in January, will return immediately to Calcutta .so a* to be ready to leave that port in March. On th« return jonrney she will. a« before stated, call at Singapore and Bamarang, 'and also at Sourabaya and Colombo if sufficient inducement offer*.
Tbe Tyser steamer Star of Australia, which has been kid up at Au-pier for the past few week*, i* to leave for Wellington on Sunday morning for meat-loading. From there the vessel will go to Wanganui. Th* local agents have been advised that the Shaw, Savill steamer Gothic, which left Wellington for London on October 15th, arrived at Plymouth on Wednesday last. The Union Steam- Ship Company's steamer Southern Croat which ha* been anchored out in th* Wellington harbour for some year* pa«t, ia to have her inside gear removed and b* turned into a store ship. •Th* Union Company* collier Waipori i* io leave Wsrtport for Sydney this morning with a cargo of coal for the' Admiralty.
