A telegram received at the local agency of the Tourist Departmenton Saturday gave tbe following information to angler*:"—Waitaki, river in good order for fishing; Rangitata, river vi excellent order; Rakaia, river in gool order for fishing. Arrangements are being made with tbe Post Office to have forwarded to the Tourist Department telegrams from the Bealey, giving information-regarding the weather and its effect on the Waimakariri.
