A sale of sections at Riccarton, in the Deans Estate, by Mr Charles Clark and Dalgety and Co. took place yesteAlay, at Mr Charles Clark's rooms. There was a large attendance. The following sections were sold, the numbers indicating the order of sale, and not those on the sale plan :-— Lot I—l acre 1 rood 25 perches, £260 per acre, Mr T. Conlan; No. 2—l acre 22 roods, 12 perches, £215 per acre, Mr Conlan; No. 3—l acre 2 roods. 2 perches, £265 per acre, Mr Conlan ; No. 4—l acre 2 roods 25 perches, £180 per acre, Mr Kieley ; No. 6—l acre 2 roods 32 perches, £270* per acre, Mr Conlan; No. 6—l acre 3 roods 23 perches, £195 per acre, Mr Conlun ; No. 7—l acre 1 rood 17 perches, £195 per acre, Mr G. Humphreys.
