Horwell made 14, Butler 10, and Ash ton 20, not, out.. Gray, for Butchers, took four wickets, and W. King three.

The Vice-President's match between the Second Elevens of the above Schools was begun on the College ground, when an even day's cricket resulted. Scores: — High School, 87 (Davey 24, Chamberlain 15, and Currie 10) and 26 for no wicket (Davey 11 not out, and Currie 14 not out); College, 92 (Griffin 50 and Tipping 26.) Tipping and Pries-t bowled well for the College, and Davey for the School.
