A meeting of the General Committee of the Canterbury A. end P. Association was held yesterday. Mr O. GouM, President, occupied the chair. Mr J. D. Milton -wrote, suggesting that a- Tot« of thank* should be given to Mr C. P. Hugonin for his work in connection -with the merino cup competition sheep. On the motion of Mr Overton, * vote of tliants was carried unanimously to Mr Hngbtun. , Mr "Stflveley, chairman of the Finance Committee, brought up the accounts in connection with the Show, amounting to £2235 6s 3d.
