(Received May 22nd, 12.42 a.m.) BERLIN, May 21. The "Krcuz Zeitung"' saya the Government should strengthen its relations with Great Britain by tho rapid conclusion of commercial treatie*. The "Kolnische Zeitung" says there are more important issues at stake that the German-Canadian trade. British Imperial union is obtainable only by tie abandonment of free trade. Mr Chamberlain is ready to take *he etep, and Germany must bear it.
