Mr Htuaell for the appellant, Mr G«o. Hiixper for ihe respondent. Medical evidence was called by the respondent n» to the period cf gestation. Mr Kussell then proceeded to argue the law pointe in tho case, pointing out that it was one of e-xceptional character, ns the n.pp*ll;ivb wp/ a maiTied man, and the wa* a wrvar* in his house. Mr Harper having replied, His Honour took time to consider. The Court then rose.
