BIBLE READING IN SCHOOLS.
(PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGBASt.) DUNEDLN, May 20. The Tapanui branch of the Educational Institute has passed a resolution expressing the opinion thsit the introduction of the Bible into State schools would 'be opposed to the best interests of education and of religion itself. The Otago Institute 5s to be asked to discuss the matter at the annual meeting.
